The customer had an older tanked water heater that was out of service. The customer decided it was not worth it for them to reinstall a new tanked water heater if they wanted a tankless water heater in the future. 

The customer bought the home with the tankless boiler already installed. The customer loved it because it freed up space in their basement, and provided faster heating service for their home. They were disappointed when their system failed them. Luckily, it was in the middle of summer when heating wasn’t necessary. 

The customer’s home was an older Baltimore home that only had a heating source. Window units provided air conditioning for the home during the summer season. When the customer reached out to us, they asked about their options for cooling the home. It helped that the customer already knew that ductless mini-splits was the solution for them!

The customer’s garage was a large space that got really hot in the summertime and really cold in the winter. Since our customers spent plenty of time in his renovated garage, they wanted to feel comfortable while working on the cars and entertaining themselves and their guests. They contacted us to see if Mitsubishi ductless mini-split would suit their needs. We recommended a larger single zone to cover the space.
