Help lead the Elmar team on installations and service! We are seeking an HVAC Lead Installation & Service Technician that is skilled in residential HVAC installations. Candidate should be able to complete and manage mini-split and conventional ducted installations. 

What Can You Expect From This Role?

• You’ll lead system installations for mainly residential HVAC projects. Projects will be mainly multi-zone & single zone ductless projects and conventional change-outs;
• You’ll produce quality work and will provide exceptional customer service;
• You’ll work alongside another install technician to carefully execute a plan;
• You’ll be trained to expand both your technical and professional skills and grow professionally and personally
• You’ll troubleshoot and diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems and provide valuable solutions.
• You’ll do repairs and maintenances on most HVAC residential systems
• You’ll interact with customers, our dispatch team, and the operations team to come up with solutions.
• You’ll sell service contracts and other accessories, but not pressuring customers to make that decision
• You’ll tackle challenges that will push you to improve your skillsets & logical reasoning

What Should You Be Proficient In?

• Installing Ductless Mini-Splits.
• Installing Heat Pumps and Gas Furnaces.

Simple Requirements:

• 3+ Years of HVAC installation experience.
• Universal CFC Certificate.
• Valid Driver License / Clean Record.
• Some Construction Experience.
